Shipping & Delivery

We ship via United States Post Office, USPS.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

We ship almost everywhere within the United States, including orders with a PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO address. Orders shipped to a PO Box will arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive in 3-5 weeks, not the standard 3-7 business days.


An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped. You can also track your package from your Account page. Tracking is not available on International orders.

Priority Mail

USPS Priority Mail is estimated 2-3 business days anywhere within the US. This is only applicable for actual transit time, and does not factor in order processing time. Occasionally during high volume times like the holidays we've seen longer delays.


USPS Priority Mail Express is an overnight service to most US locations, but is sometimes 48 hours depending on your zip code or during high-volume holiday times. This is only applicable for actual transit time, and does not factor in order processing time. For an accurate estimate, see the USPS website.

International 15-20 business days = Varies*

* Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs VAT, duties, taxes, and additional fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery. It's beneficial to familiarize yourself with your country's import regulations and potential charges before placing your order. In the event that items are returned to us due to unpaid fees or refusal of delivery, additional charges may be deducted from your refund if we are charged to import your order back into the USA.


Returns and Exchanges

Returns: If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, we will refund the full price of the item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error. Items must be returned within 60 days of date of purchase and be in original condition. Please do not tape the wallet or wallet accessories box shut.

You can expect your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner). Ship the parcel with your packing slip or order # to the address below:

Exchanges: The quickest way to make an exchange is to purchase the wallet and/or wallet accessory you would like and return the one(s) you have now within 30 days from time of purchase (please include your packing slip or order number). Check/money orders are not accepted.

Can I place an order by phone? Currently we do not offer phone ordering, as we sell online via our website and offer prompt and personalized email support.

Do you accept international orders? Yes (see top of page for countries).

Shipping cost are updated during checkout for International orders.

* Items shipped internationally are shipped via USPS Priority International shipping may incur customs duties, taxes, additional fees, etc. Please note that additional charges for customs clearance may be collected and are the responsibility of the customer.

Report Your Item Hasn't Arrived

If the estimated delivery time-frame has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact us. You have 100 calendar days from the estimated delivery date to report that an item hasn't arrived.

Color differences of Leather/Scars, Scratches

Due to differences in your screen settings, lighting when photos were taken, and each individual hide, the color may vary from what you see on your screen.

Scratches, scars, wrinkles or other variation are characteristics of leather and do not affect the strength or quality.
