Return Wallets

We are happy to refund any new and unused merchandise purchased on our website. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error*. We gladly accept returns within 60 days of your purchase that are in original condition. To ensure your return qualifies, please allow enough time for it to reach us within 60 days of your order date, not simply be shipped within that time. Items received by us after 60 days of purchase will not be accepted for a refund. Please don’t tape the wallet box shut when returning it, and kindly avoid adding any extra packing materials that weren’t originally included, such as bubble wrap, scrap paper, styrofoam peanuts, etc. Thanks!

You can expect your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner). Ship the parcel with your packing slip or order # to the address below:

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is the result of our error. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a package doesn’t arrive back to us and you don’t use a trackable method to return (that shows delivered at our address), then we will not be able to process a refund.

Refunds

We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and a refund confirmation email will be sent to you. You will receive the credit within a few hours to few business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. For purchases made using Visa, Mastercard, or other similar gift cards, we're only able to process refunds back to the original gift card used for the transaction or provide store credit. This policy ensures smooth and efficient processing while adhering to the terms of the gift card issuer.

Exchanges

To make an exchange purchase the item(s) you would like and return the one(s) you have now, to the address above, within 60 days from time of purchase (please include your packing slip or order number). Check/money orders are not accepted.

Erroneous Return

We are not responsible for the acceptance, safekeeping and/or return of any items that you ship to us in error (I.E., items that were not purchased on our site). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.

Report Your Item Hasn't Arrived

If the estimated delivery time-frame has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact us. You have 100 calendar days from the estimated delivery date to report that an item hasn't arrived.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

  • How to Exercise This Right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement. You can quickly and easily submit your formal request by filling out our digital Withdraw from Contract form.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Please note that you will be responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

  • Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Customs Fees

WalletGear is not responsible for Customs Fees presented to International customers. If order is returned back to us, we will refund the cost of the order minus shipping costs.

Incorrect/Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for orders that are returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package. If this occurs, we can either reship your order to the correct address for an additional shipping charge or issue a refund for the merchandise only. Any original shipping costs we incurred will be deducted from your refund, even if your order originally qualified for free shipping.
